I led the complete renovation and interior design of an Asian fusion bar and restaurant in Guernsey, transforming an awkward existing building into a vibrant, multifunctional hospitality space.

Working closely with the new owner, we developed a layout that improved flow, acoustics and customer experience, while introducing rich, nature-inspired materials and subtle Asian influences throughout. Bespoke joinery, including custom bar shelving to showcase their extensive spirits collection, became a focal point of the design, creating both atmosphere and practical storage.

The result is a warm, characterful venue designed to feel immersive, welcoming and effortlessly functional for both staff and guests.
