This full renovation transformed a modern townhouse in Guernsey into a relaxed, low-maintenance family home designed for easy “lock up and leave” living. The aim was to create a space that felt fresh, welcoming and effortlessly practical,  somewhere the family could arrive and instantly unwind.

Throughout the home, flooring and wall finishes were updated to create a lighter, more cohesive backdrop, while existing wardrobes were repainted and refreshed to maximise storage without unnecessary replacement. Architectural panelling and bespoke joinery details added character and depth, including a custom-built-in TV area with shelves to display memories.

Inspired by the island setting, the palette draws on soft blues and greens layered with natural textures, bringing a subtle coastal feel that feels calm rather than themed.
