Unleash the potential of your space with our specialised design-only service. Katie focuses on creating a tailored design plan to revitalise the room of your choice.

Detailed space layouts are produced alongside colour schemes, furniture and decor recommendations. You have the option of how this is presented depending the best way that you visualise things.

How this differs from our full service is that we now provide you with a comprehensive design roadmap and documents to allow you the flexibility to execute the design plan at your own pace, giving you the freedom to source and implement the elements independently.

Some common questions answered…

Having a budget is very important, you do not have to be shy about how much money you would like to spend on your project. A big part of our role is to manage how your budget is spent and ensure the project stays within that.

With our design only service we supply you with a shopping list of items we discussed to shop in your own time. We use suppliers that can deliver here easily and accessible to you.

With our design only service we do not hire but can give you a list of recommendations. The document supplied at the end of our design service will cover everything you need to give to your trades. 

After the Initial consultation we will have the first concept designs ready within 2-3 weeks. 

Design details and material samples and final sign off then tends to be a couple of months. 

We will then supply your specification document within a week.
