This in-progress project is a complete renovation of a family home in St Martin, designed around a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic that emphasises light, warmth and effortless living. With a strong focus on spatial planning, the brief centred on reorganising the layout to improve flow, maximise functionality and bring calm, balanced simplicity to everyday life.

A key feature of the design is the bespoke staircase, thoughtfully crafted to feel sculptural yet tactile, helping to define circulation while remaining visually light and elegant. Integrated storage solutions are woven throughout the layout, tailored to each space to reduce clutter and support practical family living.

The overall scheme embraces a Scandi palette of soft neutrals, natural timbers and textured finishes, creating an environment that feels both warm and minimalist. The result will be a home that feels calm, cohesive and perfectly suited to modern family life, designed for longevity and a sense of ease.
